Key Responsibilities:
Customer Engagement:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for shippers, providing exceptional customer service throughout the logistics process.
- Address inquiries, resolve issues, and proactively communicate with clients to ensure their needs are met.
Operational Support:
- Oversee import, export, and domestic logistics operations to ensure timely and efficient movement of goods.
- Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate and optimize logistics processes.
Documentation and Compliance:
- Manage and review shipping documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations.
- Stay informed about changes in import/export regulations and communicate updates to relevant stakeholders.
Problem Resolution:
- Proactively identify potential issues in logistics operations and work towards prompt resolution.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address and rectify any challenges that may arise
Continuous Improvement:
- Collect feedback from shippers and internal teams to identify areas for improvement.
- Implement process enhancements to streamline operations and enhance customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in customer service within the logistics industry.
- In-depth knowledge of import, export, and domestic logistics operations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
